I have called a GM on an issue i need resolved that i have lost half my savings in gold. I have been waiting 3hours at the time of this post. I love AoC but in my opinion this is poor customer service. why do i pay a monthly fee to play if the one time since launch i need help i get no response and yet my fees to play this game are removed right on time every time. Heres to hoping customer service will catch up with billing!!!

Ok, so a couple of my guildies and I would like to make some alts that we would level together. We\’d all get on at a certain time and be grouped up and everything, and just level together for a set amount of hours a week.
The thing is, we all want names that relate to each other, like Huey, Duey(sp?), and Louie. Or Paris, Lindsey, and Britney, you know, funny stuff.
If anyone could post some contributions, we\’d all appreciate it. Keep it anywhere from 3-5 names....

ok, this game feels much much shorter than your average mmo, a fair number of the hardcore (not obsessive 24 hour a day, just relatively hardcore) players were getting to 80 within the first month. with a good powerleveling group even casual players can get to max level in 2-3 months easy, in fact my guild is gonna start kicking people who dont have at least one 80 level character in a few weeks.

Using an instant ability during in charge for my assassin (from the darkness feat) causes the assassin to be stuck in place and all animations frozen, also causes the cooldown timer to start without being shown on the feat icon.

OK..being a noob and admitting it about a month ago i tried to minimize my chat window (close its basically) so I deleted the all the tabs thinking for some dumb reason that would work. Now i cant seem to get general chat tab back on ? when i deleted the tab did it delete it for ever? I hope not.

I\’ve notices a slight increase in the damage for casters in this last patch (Thursday, July 17th). I was told, when in an Epic Khesh group, that it wasn\’t just casters, but every classes overall; is this true? I do know that there\’s atleast a slight noticable damage increase for Demos, that much can be confirmed personally.

The problem is this - if I fall and take damage - I get stuck on the spot, as in I can\’t run away, it just drags me back there… and if I do manage to get away, regular movement completely drains my stamina. Only way I have found to fix this is to relog - which takes precious playing time… why am I wasting my time reloggin every time I fall off a tiny little hill? I think this bug is related to the mountaineering feat and it has been a problem since the patch on the 10th&#...

I rarely post and could careless about game patches however, when a level 77 player provokes 5 level 80 guards and the player is immune to the damage of the NPC guards then you have a problem with the town guard system. Keep this crap up and you will follow the path of Shadowbane.

What happened to moving to once week patching? Oceanic players are getting hammered on supposed oceanic servers with back-to-back 5 hour patch-after-patch right in the middle of our prime playing time… and these are not even on the days patching is supposed to be happening!
Would be great if we could actually play.

Why are we being segregated for the european players?
We should have the option to pick a euro server or not. it should be our choise.
All of the older games like Anarchy Online and so on you could play with whoever.
